The final day of the WFDF 2012 World Junior Ultimate Championships was blessed by sunshine and perfect playing conditions in the Tolka Park Stadium in Dublin. The finals were played for the Junior Open and Junior Women divisions and the World Champions are crowned:
USA and Colombia were the finalists in both divisions and glory was distributed equally amongst them: whilst USA took the gold medal in the Junior Open division defeating Colombia 15-10 the Junior Women from Colombia were able to strike back winning the gold medal by beating USA with a 14-10 score.

Junior Open division:
Gold medal game: USA bt. Colombia 15-10
Bronze medal game: Canada bt. Germany 13-9
Junior Women division:
Gold medal game: Colombia bt. USA 14-10
Bronze medal game: Canada bt. Germany 13-8
The Spirit award winners are Colombia (Junior Open) and Germany (Junior Women).
