WFDF announces Request for Proposals for Official Broadcast Partner for 2025-2026

The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) is pleased to announce the opening of its tender process for the selection of the WFDF Official Broadcast Partner for the two-year period from January 2025 through December 2026.

This RFP is open to all qualified media companies interested in partnering with WFDF to showcase its premier events, including the World Ultimate Club Championships, World Junior Ultimate Championships, and the World Beach Ultimate Championships, among others. The selected Broadcast Partner will gain exclusive rights to produce and distribute event coverage, highlighting the energy and spirit of Flying Disc sports to global audiences.

The key action items and deadlines for this RFP are:

  • Questions Submission: Submit inquiries about the RFP by Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
  • Proposal Submission: Final proposals must be submitted by Friday, December 20, 2024.
  • Shortlist Announcement: WFDF will notify shortlisted bidders by Friday, January 10, 2025.
  • Agreement Finalization: Agreements with the preferred bidder are expected to be completed by Friday, January 31, 2025, with a public announcement shortly after.
