WFDF Opens Nominations for 2025 Board of Directors and Ultimate Sub-Committee Elections

WFDF has officially opened nominations for its 2025 Board of Directors and Ultimate Sub-Committee elections, calling on enthusiastic and qualified candidates to step forward for leadership roles within the global Flying Disc community. Completed nominations must be submitted to the Nominating Committee by November 5, 2025. Voting is scheduled to begin on November 15 and conclude on December 15, 2025, with results expected to be announced by December 31, 2025. The elected representatives will serve five-year terms beginning January 1, 2026 and ending December 31, 2030.

Below is a summary of the Election Policy: 

  • Election Policy: The Nominating Committee will conduct the election according to the most recent WFDF Election Policy, located on the WFDF website.

  • Nomination Procedure: Persons interested in applying as candidates are required to complete the Nomination Form in full by the deadline and submit a letter of endorsement from a Member of their country of origin or country of residence (if more than one [1] year).

  • Election Procedure: The election will be conducted online via a voting form using Single Transferable Vote  methodology. Eligible Members (National and Organizational) will be sent a link to the voting form directly as per the outlined key dates.
  • Only Members in Good Standing may vote in the elections. For a Member to be in Good Standing for the purposes of the elections, the Member must have completed their current Annual Census and paid its Member Dues by the outline deadline.
