WFDF Opens Recruitment for Commercial Marketing Manager

The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) has opened applications for the position of Commercial Marketing Manager, a remote, part-time independent contractor role supporting the federation’s commercial development and sponsorship activities.

 

WFDF is the international governing body for flying disc sports, including Ultimate, Disc Golf, Beach Ultimate, Freestyle, Guts, and Overall. Recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), WFDF oversees the global governance, development, and promotion of the sport across 126 national federations worldwide.

 

WFDF organises World Championship events, establishes international competition standards, and works to expand global participation and visibility. As flying disc sports continue to grow in participation, event scale, and digital reach, strengthening commercial partnerships and sponsorship structures has become a strategic priority for the 2026–2028 cycle.

 

The Commercial Marketing Manager will provide structured execution capacity to develop and manage WFDF’s sponsorship pipeline, support sponsor servicing, and assist with commercial reporting and relationship coordination. The position is part-time and remote (an average of  20 hours per week) and reports to the WFDF Secretary General.
