Seeking committed leaders to drive support for the Discipline.

The World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) officially opened nominations for its 2026 Ultimate Subcommittee elections, calling on enthusiastic, skilled, and committed candidates to step into leadership roles within the global community.

“Supporting our sport at the high-performance level is crucial for the continued growth and visibility of Ultimate,” said Brian Gisel, WFDF Vice-President and Chair of the Ultimate Committee. “By stepping into these leadership roles, our community members directly ensure that our elite athletes have the structure, fair play, and competitive platforms they need to inspire the next generation.”

As an international federation recognized by the International Olympic Committee, WFDF relies on its leadership to support the everyday running of its sports disciplines. These subcommittee roles directly support the inclusive growth and development of all flying disc sports and the spirit of the game, ensuring the sport positively impacts lives and communities globally.
