Dillon Richardson (CAN)

Interim Chair

Dillon Richardson has served as Director of Membership Services and Sport Development beginning in 2024.

With experience at national and international sport federations as well as organizing committees, Dillon is familiar with supporting diverse membership and stakeholders, as well as developing grassroots, development, and high-performance programming.

Through his time at World Para Powerlifting, Dillon helped raise standards, increase access to information, improve member expertise, and impact more participants. Some initiatives he launched include “She Can Lift”: Women in Para Powerlifting Programme, Lift Video Educational Database (LiftED), and the Learning Hub. World Para Powerlifting’s initiatives were recognized, winning awards from the International Paralympic Committee and British Council.

He has recreational experience in flying disc, playing ultimate and disc golf through different league programs.

Dillon holds a Masters Degree from the University of Windsor in Human Kinetics-Sport Management and graduated from Nipissing University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Physical and Health Education.

Catherine Alungwa (KEN)

Catherine Alungwa is a strategic sustainability leader and project management specialist with over eight years of experience. She has driven the development of environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategies, corporate sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement in Kenya's agricultural financial technology and social impact sectors. She is adept at managing cross-functional teams and is proficient in international standards, including GRI and ISO standards. Her experience includes leading the development and implementation of a sustainability and ESG strategy for KALRO, Adept Technologies Limited and currently serving as the Sustainability and Impact Lead at agriBORA Kenya Limited.

Lubomir Botev (BUL)

Member

Lubomir Botev (he/him) has been the president of the Bulgarian Flying Disc Federation since 2023. He also serves as an auditor for the European Ultimate Federation since 2019. Professionally, he is a freelance city exploration game co-developer and online tour guide. He has extensive experience as a tourism specialist and tour guide for Traventuria Ltd in Sofia from 2019 to 2023. Botev holds a Bachelor’s and a Master's degree in Tourism and Recreation from Sofia University and is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field. He also has a tour guide license issued by the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism.

Grant Boyd (USA)

Member

Grant Boyd (he/him) is a community builder, big-picture thinker, and event organizer. He is the founder and Executive Director of the California Ultimate Association (CUA). Since 2017, Grant has grown the business ten times over and run two USA Ultimate National Championships and two WFDF World Championships. He also has experience in strategy consulting and managing large budgets. Grant has a long history with the sport of Ultimate having co-founded SCYU to grow youth Ultimate in the greater Los Angeles area, and California Ultimate to grow participation statewide. He has designed and executed youth programs and facilitated youth clinics at over 100 schools and parks. As the Tournament dDrector of LeiOut, he has led the charge to add Guts and Freestyle to the beach event in 2026, and crafted a 4v4 rule set that is not only fun, but moves quickly and is spectator friendly. He believes that a disc in flight inspires physical activity, and the various elements of sports integrity baked into each disc discipline teach valuable life lessons. He holds an Master of Fine Arts from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Adelphi University. He was recognized as USA Ultimate's Outreach Coordinator of the Year in 2019, and is a USA Ultimate Certified Tournament Director, Coach, and Coach Facilitator. When he's not in a meeting about or running an Ultimate program, he can be found on the Disc Golf course with friends and making homemade salsa.

Rolando Gaspar Jr. (PHI)

Dr. Rolando "Jhay" Gaspar Jr. (he/him) has over 17 years of professional experience across media, education, public service, and consultancy, with a strong focus on sustainability and community impact. As the Chief Media Officer and Chief Consultant for Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd., a multinational company, he has led sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs, including large-scale environmental projects and community development campaigns, while aligning corporate efforts with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals. He also served as a Media and Communications Lead for the United Nations, where he spearheaded global communication strategies for sustainability initiatives and events. His professional experience includes developing leadership and youth empowerment programs, which directly links to the legacy aspect of sport and community building. He brings extensive cross-cultural experience, having worked with diverse stakeholders across multiple countries to create sustainable frameworks that balance people, processes, and perception. He started playing Flying Disc over 10 years ago during his college days. As a Youth Development Officer for the Philippine Government, he organized several local tournaments that helped introduce and grow the sport in his community. After transitioning to his remote work, he was able to dedicate more time to playing and connecting with the global community, joining pick-up games wherever his travels took him, including in India, Bangkok, and Singapore. Currently based in Indonesia, he plays at least four times a week. Academically, Dr. Gaspar holds a Post-Doctorate in Climate Change Planning and a PhD in Administration from the University of the Philippines and Cebu Technological University, respectively. He also has a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in IT from Eastern Visayas State University. He is a recipient of an award for his work as a Youth Development Expert, having drafted and lobbied a local law for the institutionalization of a Youth Development Office.

Stefan Ignjatović (SRB)

Stefan Ignjatović (he/him) is a project management and marketing professional with ten years of experience in product launches and business development. He has led go-to-market efforts for various technical products and has a strong background in user research, technical storytelling, and performance analysis. He currently works as a Freelance Product Specialist and serves as the Secretary General for the Serbian Flying Disc Association. Stefan's passion project is building permanent disc golf courses in Serbia and focusing on growing the local player community. As the Secretary General of the Serbian Flying Disc Association, he is responsible for facilities development and community growth.

Aishwarya Jayaprakash (IND)

Aishwarya Jayaprakash (she/her) is a sports business and legal professional with cross-functional experience in grassroots sports, tournament management, and sports law. She is currently working as a General Manager at "Being Ultimate" and as a legal consultant. Her experience includes formulating and implementing business and operational strategies and curriculum design for Ultimate Frisbee programs. Aishwarya is passionate about using Flying Disc as a tool for inclusion, education, and empowerment. She has been involved in spearheading team formation for the Bharat Trophy, India's top interstate Ultimate tournament, and has initiated a Disc Grant Program to ensure equipment access for new and young players. She has also served as an Assistant Coach for Team India at the Asia Oceanic Ultimate & Guts Championship. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law from CMR Law School and a Postgraduate Program Diploma in Sports Management from the Global Institute of Sports Business. She is also a WFDF Certified Game Advisor and holds coach certifications from the National Federations of India and Australia.

Brian Kaswa (UGA)

Brian Kaswa (he/him) is an educator, sports leader, and community development practitioner with over fifteen years of experience spanning education, agribusiness, renewable energy, and social enterprise. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ubuntu Ultimate and currently serves as Chairman of the Uganda Flying Disc Association. Brian has been instrumental in introducing and expanding Flying Disc across Uganda, particularly in schools and universities, where he has designed sustainable coaching programs, organized tournaments, and created clear pathways for youth players to transition into club and national-level competition. He has also trained and mentored coaches, ensuring continuity and growth of the sport at the grassroots level. Beyond sport, Brian brings professional expertise in sustainability and community development, having led initiatives in renewable energy access, rural development, and capacity-building projects. His background equips him to contribute meaningfully to sustainability strategies, legacy planning, and the integration of Flying Disc into wider social and environmental development agendas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with Education from Makerere University and is passionate about the transformative power of Flying Disc to foster inclusion, teamwork, and long-lasting social impact.

Patrick Milky (LBN)

Patrick Milky (he/him) is a communications consultant with experience in advertising and marketing. He has experience in strategic content development and audience engagement for global sporting events. He has also worked with the Beirut Marathon and the Asian Football Confederation’s Asian Cup 2024, where he was involved in designing ethical frameworks and aligning stakeholders. He has lobbied the Ministry of Sports in Lebanon to certify Ultimate as a national university sport. Patrick has been playing Ultimate on a professional level for three years and has been part of the Lebanese Flying Disc Association for two years, where he has supported the organization of various tournaments. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Marketing and has a certification in Sport for All from WFDF Academy.

Davide Morri (ITA)

Davide Morri (he/him) is currently a Physical Education Teacher and University Lecturer of Flying Disc at the University of Bologna, where he graduated in Sport Science. He was elected in 2018 as a Member of the WFDF Athletes Committee and had a long collaboration with both the European Ultimate Federation and the Italian Flying Disc Federation. One of his main tasks was to organize workshops aimed at training physical education teachers and Ultimate coaches and to develop projects to teach Ultimate Frisbee in schools. Davide has a long-standing involvement in the sport, playing a key role in several clubs of Bologna as Technical Director of the Ultimate and especially as a coach for both clubs and National Teams, combining his technical expertise with a deep passion for the sport. He has also played an active role in organizing national and international Ultimate tournaments. In recent years, Davide has been dedicated to the development of inclusive Ultimate projects for neurodivergent athletes, for which he also trains coaches with a focus on inclusion topics. Indeed, his projects aim to support neurodivergent youth in becoming more independent and ultimately integrated into the teams.

Donia Nasr (EGY)

Donia Nasr (she/her) is a sports consultant with several years of experience in developing solutions for the sports industry. Her professional background includes working as an Instructor at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts in the Arts and Design Department, where she taught for six years, as well as a Sport Management Professor. Donia's experience in the sports industry includes working as a Head Swimming Coach and a Sports Consultant. She has also served as the Head of the Organizing Committee for the All Women Ultimate Tournament in Cairo, Egypt. Donia recently co-founded FAME, an organization with a goal of ensuring female athletes gain the critical resources, mentorship and visibility they need to succeed. A multi-sport athlete herself, she has represented Egypt nationally in swimming, soccer, diving, handball, and currently Ultimate. She earned a Master's Degree in Fine Arts from Helwan University, completed the FIFA/CIES Sports Management Executive Program and received course certificates from organizations such as FIFA, FINA, WFDF and the IOC.

Gervon Williams (USA)

Member

Gervon Williams (he/him) is the Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Youth Engagement for USA Ultimate. In this role, he leads partnerships with national youth-serving organizations, manages day-to-day operations of youth outreach programs, and works with the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee on diversity and inclusion and community resource projects. Before his time at USA Ultimate, Gervon had spent ten years working in nonprofit and community sports, holding positions at Springboard Collaborative, the Borough of Chambersburg, and other organizations. Gervon has extensive experience in the sport through his work with USA Ultimate. He provides hands-on support at national championship events and conducts clinics and workshops for organizations looking to invest in the sport. Gervon received his Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management with a minor in International Affairs from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He was also a recipient of the 2024 US Olympic and Paralympic Committee DE&I Choice Award.
