Dillon Richardson (CAN)

Interim Chair, WFDF Director of Membership Services and Sport Development

Dillon Richardson has served as Director of Membership Services and Sport Development beginning in 2024.

With experience at national and international sport federations as well as organizing committees, Dillon is familiar with supporting diverse membership and stakeholders, as well as developing grassroots, development, and high-performance programming.

Through his time at World Para Powerlifting, Dillon helped raise standards, increase access to information, improve member expertise, and impact more participants. Some initiatives he launched include “She Can Lift”: Women in Para Powerlifting Programme, Lift Video Educational Database (LiftED), and the Learning Hub. World Para Powerlifting’s initiatives were recognized, winning awards from the International Paralympic Committee and British Council.

He has recreational experience in flying disc, playing ultimate and disc golf through different league programs.

Dillon holds a Masters Degree from the University of Windsor in Human Kinetics-Sport Management and graduated from Nipissing University with a Bachelor’s Degree of Physical and Health Education.

Steve Baker (AUS)

Member

Steve Baker (he/him) has 40 years of experience in Flying Disc sports as a player, administrator, coach, and game support. He began playing Ultimate in 1984 and competed in the Australian Flying Disc Championships from 1985 to 1992. Since returning to the sport in 1998, he has held various administrative roles for the Western Australian Flying Disc Association, including President, Treasurer, and Youth Development Officer. He has been the current Chair of the Asia Flying Disc Federation's Spirit of the Game Committee since 2019 and the Game Support Manager for the Australian Flying Disc Association.

Steve was the captain of the Australian Ultimate Team at the 1988 World Ultimate and Guts Championships and competed again in 1990. Steve has competed at various WFDF World Championship and Club Championship events from 2006 to 2024. In 2015, he trained to become a Game Advisor and has since officiated as a Game Advisor at most Australian National events. Steve has been a Game Advisor Trainer since 2019. He has also held roles at various international events as an Organizing Committee Member and a Timekeeper/Scorekeeper Trainer.

Ping Bautista (PHI)

Jose Maria Javier Weber Bautista (he/him), also known as "Pinggoy," has held various leadership roles in the Philippine Ultimate and Flying Disc Associations, serving as President of the Philippine Ultimate Association from 2012 to 2013 and President of the Philippine Flying Disc Association from 2016 to 2017. He is currently the President of the Asia Flying Disc Federation. He has also served as a coach and manager for various Philippine National Teams, including the Under 24 Mixed and Men's National Teams and the Mixed Beach National Team.

Bautista holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from the University of Asia and the Pacific. He is also a certified coach, holding both USA Ultimate and WFDF Coaching Certifications.

Conslate Koyo (KEN)

Conslate Koyo (she/her) is a passionate Ultimate Frisbee leader and advocate with over 7 years of experience in growing disc sports in Kenya. She has worked with national leaders and disc sport associations to advocate for the sport, helping to grow the Ultimate community in Kenya to over 200 players. She previously served as the Secretary of Black Fish Ultimate from 2017 to 2020.

Koyo is deeply committed to youth empowerment and using sport to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in Africa. She has been recognized with national and continental awards, including Most Spirited Player and Young Rising Player. She was also nominated to represent Kenya in global tournaments such as the World Club Championships and World Beach Ultimate Championships in Portugal.

Koyo holds a certification in Artificial Intelligence Product Management from Duke University, bringing an innovation-driven approach to development.

Ulrike Lehmann (GER/SUI)

Ulrike Lehmann (she/her) has been active in the Swiss and European Ultimate community since 2006 when she started playing with FlyHigh Lausanne. She has represented Switzerland on National Teams in different divisions on grass and beach since 2011. In 2021 she also joined the coaching team for the Swiss Under 20 program.

Lehmann is a German national and is working as Chief Technology Officer for a small microtechnology company in Switzerland. She has extensive experience in sports management, serving as the Treasurer of the Swiss Ultimate Association and Swiss Disc Sports since 2011. She was also a Member of the Interim Board of the European Flying Disc Federation in 2021 and has been serving as the Board's Secretary since 2022.

Abdouroihamane Mohamed (COM)

Member

Abdouroihamane Mohamed (he/him) has been an Ultimate player since 2019 and is currently a leader of the Comoros National Team. He is passionate about using Ultimate to promote the values of Spirit of the Game, respect, inclusion, and community development.

Mohamed has been actively involved in promoting Ultimate in Comoros, helping to expand the sport through organizing matches and training sessions. He was part of the Comoros National Team that received the Spirit of the Game medal in Mombasa in 2022. He was also involved in organizing Comoros' participation in the 2023 All Africa Ultimate Championship in Kenya and recently launched a new team in Dar es Salaam to further develop the sport on the African continent.

Mohamed is a Comorian national who holds a Certification in Graphics and Videography and is currently studying Information Technology at the University of Dar es Salaam Computing Centre.

David Raflo (USA)

David Raflo (he/him) has extensive experience in sports management and events, working with USA Ultimate since 1995. He previously served on the Board of Directors for USA Ultimate in 1996 as Secretary and as the National Masters Director from 2006 to 2011 and National Open Director from 2000 to 2005. He has also served on several WFDF Committees, including the Beach Ultimate Committee as Chair from 2019 to 2022. He is also a current Board Member of the Pan American Flying Disc Federation.

Raflo began playing Ultimate in 1992 and coaching in 2004. He is a certified coach and observer and has served as a Tournament Technical Director for both the Pan American Ultimate Championships and the World Junior Ultimate Championships. He also co-authored a chapter in the book Ultimate: The First Four Decades. He received his Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Virginia.

Vanessa Rincones (MEX/VEN)

Vanessa Rincones (she/her) is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of JUF Activando Valores, a position she has held in Mexico since 2008. She has served as a Board Member of the Pan American Flying Disc Federation and is currently part of the Youth Commissions of the World Flying Disc Federation, the PAFDF, and the Mexican Flying Disc Federation. She has extensive experience in project management and event organization, has directed numerous junior and college tournaments in Mexico, and has contributed to the organization of other international tournaments. Through JUF, she leads sport-for-development programs supported by Laureus Sport for Good, Nike, and Dove, and these programs bring Ultimate to schools and communities, teach life skills, and empower girls through sports.

An accomplished athlete, Vanessa previously won national gold medals in track and table tennis in Venezuela. A pioneer in the sport, Vanessa has been playing Ultimate since 1994 and founded the first women’s teams in Venezuela and Mexico. She has competed in multiple WFDF international events, winning gold and the Spirit of the Game Award at the 2013 Pan American Ultimate Championships. As a coach, she has led Mexico’s Under 20 and Under 24 National Teams at the 2016, 2018, 2022, and 2025 World Junior Ultimate Championships. She currently leads Venezuela’s Women’s Nattional Team, which earned the Spirit of the Game Award at the 2023 Pan American Ultimate Championships.

Gabriele Saini (ITA)

Gabriele Sani (he/him) is a Product Consultant who has worked on developing information technology solutions for startups and large organizations since 2011. He has been a Board Member of the European Ultimate Federation since 2014, with a focus on development and information technology. In this role, he has contributed to branding and communications, co-authored the EUF's first gender inclusion policy, and worked on developing the EUF Youth Network. He is currently working to establish the EUF Development Fund to help grow the sport.

Gabriele has been playing Ultimate since 2012, competing in over 200 tournaments in 22 countries, including four World Championships. He has served as a Spirit Captain and holds a deep commitment to the Spirit of the Game.
