As a founding partner of VC Ultimate Inc., Adriana has worked tirelessly with players, teams, leagues and governing bodies from around the world to grow and create partnerships in Ultimate since 1998. Through her work on non-profit boards, as an advisor to women-in-ultimate focused organizations and as the leader of two international businesses, Adriana strives to be a strong advocate for the development of ultimate and for the promotion of equity in sport.
