Aishwarya Jayaprakash (she/her) is a sports business and legal professional with cross-functional experience in grassroots sports, tournament management, and sports law. She is currently working as a General Manager at “Being Ultimate” and as a legal consultant. Her experience includes formulating and implementing business and operational strategies and curriculum design for Ultimate Frisbee programs.

Aishwarya is passionate about using Flying Disc as a tool for inclusion, education, and empowerment. She has been involved in spearheading team formation for the Bharat Trophy, India’s top interstate Ultimate tournament, and has initiated a Disc Grant Program to ensure equipment access for new and young players. She has also served as an Assistant Coach for Team India at the Asia Oceanic Ultimate & Guts Championship.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law from CMR Law School and a Postgraduate Program Diploma in Sports Management from the Global Institute of Sports Business. She is also a WFDF Certified Game Advisor and holds coach certifications from the National Federations of India and Australia.
