
Andrew is a seasoned sport administrator, coach, and community leader with over 15 years of experience shaping the landscape of flying disc sports in Canada and internationally. Deeply committed to equity, youth development, and community engagement, Andrew has held leadership roles across multiple levels of the sport—from grassroots to the world stage.
He currently serves as an Event Coordinator with the World Flying Disc Federation and holds a board position with Ultimate Canada, where he also served as President from 2020 to 2024. His extensive contributions include directing national and international championships, sitting on key committees (such as the Hall of Fame and Competition Committees), and supporting athlete development through coaching and team selection roles.
Andrew’s leadership has also impacted regional organizations such as Ontario Ultimate and the Waterloo Organization of Disc Sports, where he has served as President, Executive Director, and Competition Director. His international experience includes coaching Team Canada to a bronze medal at the 2023 World Beach Ultimate Championships and contributing as a commentator and sport ambassador in Canada, France, Uganda, and First Nations communities within Canada.
An ultimate player since 1997 and coach since 2010, Andrew brings passion, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit to every project he undertakes. Whether he’s mentoring athletes, directing major tournaments, or advancing sport development initiatives, Andrew remains dedicated to building inclusive and sustainable sport communities.
