Donia Nasr (she/her) is a sports consultant with several years of experience in developing solutions for the sports industry. Her professional background includes working as an Instructor at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts in the Arts and Design Department, where she taught for six years, as well as a Sport Management Professor.

Donia’s experience in the sports industry includes working as a Head Swimming Coach and a Sports Consultant. She has also served as the Head of the Organizing Committee for the All Women Ultimate Tournament in Cairo, Egypt. Donia recently co-founded FAME, an organization with a goal of ensuring female athletes gain the critical resources, mentorship and visibility they need to succeed.

A multi-sport athlete herself, she has represented Egypt nationally in swimming, soccer, diving, handball, and currently Ultimate.

She earned a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from Helwan University, completed the FIFA/CIES Sports Management Executive Program and received course certificates from organizations such as FIFA, FINA, WFDF and the IOC.
