Gervon Williams (he/him) is the Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Youth Engagement for USA Ultimate. In this role, he leads partnerships with national youth-serving organizations, manages day-to-day operations of youth outreach programs, and works with the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee on diversity and inclusion and community resource projects. Before his time at USA Ultimate, Gervon had spent ten years working in nonprofit and community sports, holding positions at Springboard Collaborative, the Borough of Chambersburg, and other organizations.

Gervon has extensive experience in the sport through his work with USA Ultimate. He provides hands-on support at national championship events and conducts clinics and workshops for organizations looking to invest in the sport.

Gervon received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management with a minor in International Affairs from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. He was also a recipient of the 2024 US Olympic and Paralympic Committee DE&I Choice Award.
