Oleksandra joined WFDF as an Executive Assistant in 2024 and has served as the organization’s Administrator and Office Manager since November 2025.

She has been involved as a project manager and coordinator of dozens of projects and sporting events within the framework of the European Union’s Erasmus+ Sport programme and the European Week of Sport. From 2020 to 2022, Oleksandra worked at the Sports Committee of Ukraine as a specialist in the development of non-Olympic sports, contributing to the organization of major national events, including the Ukrainian Beach Games and the Ukrainian Student Games. She has a long history of volunteering and involvement in major events in Ukraine and Europe like National Fitness Day, #BEACTIVE DAY, European Badminton Championships, ActiveForum and European Sports School Day. 

Oleksandra is an IOC Young Leader (2025–2028) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Olympic Studies at the German Sport University Cologne. She currently lives and works in Italy.
