Jose Maria Javier Weber Bautista (he/him), also known as “Pinggoy,” has held various leadership roles in the Philippine Ultimate and Flying Disc Associations, serving as President of the Philippine Ultimate Association from 2012 to 2013 and President of the Philippine Flying Disc Association from 2016 to 2017. He is currently the President of the Asia Flying Disc Federation. He has also served as a coach and manager for various Philippine National Teams, including the Under 24 Mixed and Men’s National Teams and the Mixed Beach National Team.

Bautista holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from the University of Asia and the Pacific. He is also a certified coach, holding both USA Ultimate and WFDF Coaching Certifications.
