Shiellah Quintos (CAN)

Chair

Shiellah has served as the WFDF Ultimate Events Subcommittee Chair since 2017 and as the EUF Head Scorekeeper since 2019. She has worked for BULA as Volunteer Coordinator at WCBU/EBUCC/EBUC since 2015 and as a WFDF Game Advisor/Trainer starting from WUCC 2014. She has been a USAU Certified Observer Trainer since 2012 and the USAU Northeast Regional Observer Coordinator since 2011. She is also a USAU Certified Observer since 2007, USAU/UPA Club Championships Volunteer Coordinator (2003–2012), and UPA Northeast Mixed Regional Coordinator (2003–2008). She was the Executive Director of the Canadian Ultimate Players Association (2004–2006) and the Executive Director of the Association de Ultimate de Montréal (2002–2008).

Andres Felipe Angel (COL)

Member

Andres Felipe Angel has been deeply involved in Ultimate for more than 18 years, contributing as a player, coach, director, and organizer. He coached the Colombian National Team at the World Games 2013 and World Championships 2016, and guided Euforia from 2012 to 2022, including two appearances at the World Ultimate Club Championships. As Colombia’s National Tournaments Director (2008–2016) and National Teams Director (2012–2016), he helped secure the country’s first ranked bid to the World Games. Beyond Ultimate, Andres has worked in Digital and Social Media Marketing for over a decade, combining strategy, creativity, and data to build engaged audiences and does it now for a TV Network in USA. Now based in South Florida, he’s connecting with the local Ultimate community and exploring his growing passion for disc golf and the NBA.

Andrea Bombala (CAN)

Andrea's ultimate journey began in the UAE where she began playing and contributing to the growth of the sport. Her passion for the game has only grown and since moving back to Canada, she has held positions on both KUPS and OCUA boards. She currently resides in Ottawa and volunteers as a coach for the women's 13/15U program.

Simon Hill (GBR)

Si Hill (he/him) has a long history with WFDF, having been a member of the Ultimate Committee and serving as Tournament Director for several WFDF World Championships. Si has extensive experience in sports administration and business management, which has helped him bring clarity and consistency to the event structure of WFDF. His work in organizing international championships has been instrumental in the success of WFDF’s competitions. A passionate ultimate player, Si’s first WFDF event was World Ultimate Club Championships 1995. Having attended many others in the meantime, he identifies his latest playing highlight as the 2025 World Beach Ultimate Championships (GGMO division) where his two kids will also be playing. His commitment to improving event organization continues to shape the success and growth of WFDF competitions. Si holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Leeds.

Megan Price (GBR)

Meg Price has been involved in Ultimate since school, playing for many years before getting involved in organising Ultimate events for UK Ultimate as their Events Coordinator. Now, she works in major international sports events, such as the Commonwealth Games, FIFA World Cup, and the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Her focus is Event Operations, with a specialism in Look & Dressing project management, and you'll find her wherever the next big event is.

David Raflo (USA)

David Raflo (he/him) has extensive experience in sports management and events. Volunteering and working with USA Ultimate since 1995, his current title is Senior Events Manager. He previously served on the Board of Directors for USA Ultimate in 1996 as Secretary and as the National Masters Director from 2006 to 2011 and National Open Director from 2000 to 2005. He has also served on several WFDF Committees, including the Beach Ultimate Committee as Chair from 2019 to 2022. He is also a current Board Member of the Pan American Flying Disc Federation. Raflo began playing Ultimate in 1992 and coaching in 2004. He was a certified coach and observer and has served as a Tournament Technical Director for both the Pan American Ultimate Championships and the World Junior Ultimate Championships. He also co-authored a chapter in the book Ultimate: The First Four Decades. He received his Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Virginia.

Nick Zaloumis (RSA)

Nick has been part of the WFDF Ultimate Events Subcommittee since around 2015. Co-founder of the University of Cape Town's Ultimate club in 2009, the first university club in Africa, Nick has been part of most Flying Disc associations within Cape Town and South Africa for the last 15 years. He has been part of several local tournament organising committees as well as consultant for many more while also running multiple events and leagues. Nick’s passion for the sport started in the Kruger National Park during a short internship, ‘we lost the soccer ball and only had a disc’. Since then he has not looked back having the privilege of coaching and playing for many teams within the country (and around the world). Currently going full circle and coaching UCT’s 1st team during the mixed season. Nick studied his Masters in Plant Ecology and Ecological Restoration at UCT.
